Atty Andre Wooten speaks at Chaminade University in Honolulu where he breaks down the history of the two U.S. Constitutions and points out that the second one is The Color Coded U.S. Constitution that established a discriminatory systems of laws we are still dealing with the effects of today. All while never directly mentioning slavery, African Americans or indigenous native Americans. This exploitative avaricious decision lead to hundreds of years of brutality to create fortunes for some Americans, while disenfranchising and cannibalizing the lives of other Americans and lead to the Civil War. America is still playing out this racist history when people try to forget that Black Lives Matter today and every day. However as the color coded racist system was invented by people, it will also be dismantled and eradicated by people.
